An illustrated talk on the women&rsquo s suffrage movement in Bedford by Bob Ricketts. Bob is a well-known researcher and local historian who has held seminars previously on policing Victorian Bedford and the development of Bedford&rsquo s postal service.
Beds Times & Citizen reporter Layth Yousif will be signing copies of his book: Arsene Wenger: 55 Defining Fixtures at Waterstone s in Silver Street, Bedford on Saturday September 6th between 66 am and 7pm.
Layth, a life-long Arsenal supporter, was commissioned to write the book and has been featured on Sky Sports and other television channels promoting the publication.
When not preparing for follow-up books, Layth is a reporter at the popular local paper which is based upstairs at 66 Mill Street, Bedford.

Guitarist Tom Ollendorff returns to the Bedford Arms this week inviting some of the top musicians in the country to join has recently graduated from the Royal Welsh College and is making a name for himself as a brilliant improviser and equally exciting composer. Tonight Tom will bring a couple of his original compositions as well as selecting a few choice standards.
